Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received (or after a signed contract is received for approved distributor terms). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Delivery

Standard US shipping typically arrives in 5-8 business days; expedited shipping arrives in 2-3 business days. Delivery estimates start from the ship date.

Where We Ship

We ship to all US states except Wisconsin.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we will send a replacement.
